OH HEY MAY!!!!

I love starting a new month out. It means new goals: spiritually, personally, and professionally. I don’t know about you, but for me, having a list of things to achieve keeps me going and allows me to hold myself accountable. I want you to pick 3 things you are ready to improve, attack, and get better at, and let’s stay connected! Let me know how I can help you crush your goals! Here are 3 things that I will be working on this month

1. Spring Cleaning- I am seriously a shoe and clothes hoarder. I totally have things that I need to get rid of that no longer fit, or I simply just don’t need anymore-and to top it off I’M MOVING in a few months!! So clearing out some of those much unneeded items will make the move go so much smoother in the upcoming months! Not to mention external clutter can sometimes indicate that you have some internal clutter you need to release. Be mindful of this!

2. Connect, Connect, Connect – As you may have noticed I’ve been BUSY this year! But nonetheless…I’ve set a goal of focusing on personal growth, and building connections. I’m always looking for likeminded individuals to collaborate with, and ways to help YOU GROW! A meet up is definitely in the works! Can you say BRUNCH?!!

3. Focus on the Pretty-When I’m in “GO” mode, I have a habit of keeping my head down and grinding. Which typically leads to me neglecting my health, and I’ve been sick ALOT this year. I don’t eat right, exercise nearly enough, get enough rest, or ME time. This month, my goal is to add LOTS of time for self-care to my routine. We can get so caught up in the daily hustle and bustle, so it is very important to schedule timeouts just for YOU!

What will YOU commit to doing this month? Setting a few or even ONE goal can really help you set the pace in your life and give you something to work towards.

  •  Get clear about WHAT you want.
  •  Get clear about the WORK that needs to be done to get there.
  •  PRIORITIZE the ACTIONS that need to be done to get there.
  •  Check-in REGULARLY!
